Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support our growing business across Australia and New Zealand, based in Dandenong South, VIC. The purpose of this role is to act as a true partner to the business and to provide strategic support to key parts of the business. We are looking for someone to support a variety of different teams and help foster a positive environment with all our colleagues.
In this role, you will be instrumental in our sales success, managing the full sales cycle. This includes:
- Driving sales through lead generation and business development.
- Liaising with clients and teams to provide effective solutions.
- Preparing and following up on proposals.
- Identifying current and future customer service requirements.
- Identifying opportunities early in the sales cycle and reviewing the pipeline.
- Leading negotiations and successfully managing new contracts.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Applicants must have full rights to work in Australia.
- Preferred experience in customer service, direct sales, or solution sales.
- Experience with client communication and resolving client issues.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with database management and the sales process.
