About Us

Children's Hospital Foundation funds cutting-edge equipment, vital research and on the ground support for kids with all illnesses, injuries and conditions, throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales. We aren't just evolving; we are revolutionising how we make a difference to sick kids across Queensland.

We value who you are, not just your skillset. We are looking for people who are purposeful, wholehearted, collaborative, curious and courageous. People who are prepared to lead from where they stand and who are excited to build it with us.

We are shaking things up and transforming how we operate, how we raise funds and how we deliver the greatest impact for sick and injured children and young people across Queensland.

We are in market for several new roles, so if this sounds like something you would like to be a part of, then we want to meet you

  3. Leading and mentoring the Partnerships team, fostering an objective led approach
  4. Financial management and negotiations

Who are you?

  1. A strategic thinker with a passion for creating change
  2. A strong relationship builder who strives to understand our partners and our cause

  1. 5 + years proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies for partnerships and fundraising programs or similar
  2. Demonstrated experience in securing long term sustainable funding opportunities
  3. Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring high performing teams

Our team is passionate, inclusive, fun and caring. You will also be able to access a range of benefits and programs to help you be the best version of you, including:

  1. A market competitive salary package
  2. 3 bonus days of annual leave
  3. NFP salary packaging benefits
  4. Work/life balance through flexible and hybrid working
