About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in all aspects of inventory management and distribution. This is a critical leadership position focused on maintaining high service standards and operational excellence in a fast-paced, automotive-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of automotive parts.

Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team to meet productivity and safety targets.

Implement and maintain best practices in inventory control, stock rotation, and order accuracy.

Ensure compliance with WHS standards and promote a strong safety culture.

Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in the automotive or related industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance regulations.

Forklift license (essential) and relevant certifications.

Certificate IV or above in Logistics.

Intermediate Computer Skills & Microsoft Office applications.
