MLHD are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Senior Physiotherapist who is ready for a new adventure. As the Senior Physiotherapist, you will provide and deliver comprehensive, high quality patient care to our regional Griffith communities. This is an opportunity to contribute in a position where you are in charge and no two days are the same, with opportunities to work across settings including the Griffith Base Hospital.

• Position Classification: Physiotherapist – Level 3
• Remuneration: $112, $116,038.00 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)

Hours Per Week: up to 34

• This position qualifies for incentives under NSW Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme, including up to $10,000 sign-on incentive, and up to $5,000 each year (incentive value dependent on full-time equivalent, position and location).

• Provision of comprehensive physiotherapy services as directed by their line manager
• Work collaboratively and, where appropriate, lead the multidisciplinary team to optimise health status and well-being of each client/patient and carer, facilitate safe and timely discharge from the service
• Provide high level clinical expertise and knowledge

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy & current AHPRA registration
• Advanced knowledge, skills and clinical experience to provide patient-centered, evidence-based Physiotherapy services across clinical areas; willingness to use telehealth as a mode of delivery
• Flexibility, strong time management, and ability to respond to varying workloads
• Learership capabilities, including supervision of staff and students, negotiation, decision making, and advocacy
