Our client, a well-respected and active fund - recognised for its deep sector expertise, disciplined investment approach, and long-term value creation across the core and core+ infrastructure sectors - is seeking a high-calibre Investment Associate to join its Infrastructure Investment team.

As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in the evaluation, execution and management of direct infrastructure investments. You will work alongside experienced investment professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to high-profile transactions and ongoing portfolio value creation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence across infrastructure opportunities
  • Prepare investment papers, presentations and recommendations for investment committees
  • Support the execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation and documentation
  • Assist in the active management of portfolio companies, including performance monitoring and strategic initiatives
  • Engage with external advisers, partners and stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle

The ideal candidate:

  • 2–4 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity or infrastructure funds
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to infrastructure transactions
  • Commercial acumen, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-performance team
  • A passion for investing in assets that deliver long-term, sustainable value
