In this role, you will manage the day-to-day recruitment, advertising, appointment processes, and related workforce functions for Senior Medical Officers (SMOs). Your work will support the smooth operation of end-to-end recruitment and workforce transactions while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day recruitment, advertising, appointment processes, and related workforce functions for Senior Medical Officers (SMOs).
  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant State Awards and interpret award provisions to effectively manage recruitment and transactions activities.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources, Senior Medical Recruitment or a shared services environment for a large and complex organisation.
  • Knowledge of relevant State Awards and the ability to interpret award provisions, or willingness to acquire this knowledge, to effectively manage recruitment and transactions activities.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff and manage customer enquiries.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills and accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience with an e-Recruitment system and/or HRIS; proficient with Microsoft Office (email, spreadsheets, databases, word processing).
