To be eligible, you must hold or be in the final year of an Engineering degree ideally with a focus in Hydraulics Engineering and have full working rights in Australia.

What is your role?

As a Graduate at ADP Consulting, you'll be part of a national graduate cohort with hands-on training from day one. You will contribute to meaningful, sustainability-led projects while being supported by industry mentors and technical experts in hydraulics engineering.

Your experience will include:
  • Working on real projects with support from experienced engineers and leaders
  • Participating in monthly national graduate learning sessions (e.g. ESG in Consulting, Personal Branding, Saying Yes to Opportunities)
  • Engaging with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful designs

About You

You're a soon-to-be or recent Hydraulics Engineering Graduate who is enthusiastic, curious, and ready to contribute to a better built environment. You bring a growth mindset and a passion for collaborative problem-solving. You're also:

  • A clear communicator and team player
  • Interested in sustainability and technical innovation
  • Self-motivated and open to new experiences
  • Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments
