Responsibilities

As a retail store leader, on a day-to-day basis (but not limited to) you will:

  • Lead by example, mentoring & inspiring your team on a daily basis
  • Coach your team to achieve & develop their knowledge and skills
  • Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Create strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
  • Recruit, onboard and induct high calibre new Team Members
