We have a team of experts working on our Crystal Eye Consolidated security platform and XDR technology. Your role as Red Piranha Cybersecurity Product Manager is to act as the bridge between Red Piranha technology and the user experience to ensure the success of our products and services in a rapidly changing market. You can be part of this team

Key responsibilities
  • Product Assembly: Organising and planning the assembly and shipping of hardware. This includes developing and adhering to factory assembly processes and controls at local facilities.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify and commercialise new products to market, including analysing proposed hardware and products through testing of hardware and components.
  • Administration: Updating and logging relevant shipping and product information within the company ERP.
  • Stock Control: Maintaining product quality and levels, inventory turnover, and stock management policies and procedures as required.
  • Technical Writing & Documentation: Coordinating and participating in the production of comprehensive technical user manuals and reports, including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement.
  • Project Management: Applying project management skills to plan, execute, control, close, and fully document projects on time across the product development lifecycle to achieve strategic objectives and meet the criteria set by executive stakeholders.
  • Training: Coordinating and participating in internal and external training, conducting product and service webinars and demonstrations.
  • Product Roadmap: Ensuring product roadmaps are fully established and effectively communicated with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstration of subject matter expertise for our firewall security products and services.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with quality management system standards, policies, procedures, and related forms.
About you
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, product management, and technical writing or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • An ability to quickly understand our technology.
  • An understanding of how software applications work and the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Excellent project management skills (certifications are a plus).
  • The ability to develop, maintain, and engage stakeholders through documentation and presentations.
  • Knowledge of working with SharePoint and Microsoft products.
  • The ability to learn quickly and think outside the box to understand and bring new solutions to market.
  • Willingness to be a team player and work effectively with team members.
  • An ability to proactively and independently identify opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of networking and competitor products.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed
Clearance Requirements
  • Australian Police Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
