Coles Group in Melbourne is seeking a Payroll Business Analyst to strengthen payroll compliance across the Coles brands. You will perform risk reviews, develop controls, and automate processes to reduce non-compliance and improve reporting.
Reporting to the Payroll Compliance Manager, you will analyse large data sets, build insights, and partner with store operations and other functions to uplift payroll capability while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
