We are looking for qualified / licensed Electricians in Sydney who are interested in working in the Fire Protection industry.

About the Role

You will have responsibility for fire systems across our current and new customer base.

This will involve :
  • Liaising with Chubb staff, customers and clients regarding technical support and administration.
  • Mentoring and assisting other team members to facilitate client needs.
  • Ensuring jobs are completed safely and all safety paperwork is completed as required by technicians.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the day-to-day operation of the team.
  • Installing, modifying, commissioning, and repairing fire detection, warning systems, smoke alarms, & emergency/exit lights.
  • Inspecting and testing fire systems in accordance with AS 1851.
  • Assisting in growing our customer base by identifying and following up on opportunities.
  • Providing customer liaison and assistance where required.
  • Recommending fire protection systems and equipment to customers.
About You
  • Experience working as an Electrical Technician, ideally in the Fire industry.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Current Electrical Licence – mandatory.
  • Current Driver's Licence – mandatory.
  • Current Cabling Licence – ideal.
  • Electrical Trade Qualification – ideal.
  • Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry is advantageous.
  • Able to undergo pre-employment medical and police checks.
  • Great attitude and willingness to serve our customer and client base.
  • Hardworking and reliable.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
