  This role sits within Business Banking (BB) Technology, providing technology solutions to Business Banking domain. Empowering businesses and people to succeed with tomorrow's technology, our purpose is to become the leading AI native business bank, powered by the next horizon of technology.
  
  Within BB Technology, the Customer Channels & Data Domain focuses on technology enablement of assisted digital engagement channels and AI engineered customer engagement and covers the teams that support BB relationship managers, frontline and back office, contributing to strategic BB and Customer NPS +30 outcomes.

  As a Crew Tech Lead, drive the technology execution of the vision and roadmap for CRM Workbench and VRM within the BB CCD Domain, in partnership with business and technology stakeholders to maximise delivery of business value and support benefits realisation.

  • Can lead the vision and roadmap across assisted and AI engagement channels, tracking progress and identifying/resolving problem spaces
  • Are able to drive clarity and convert complexity into clear roadmaps and technology execution plans
  • Have strong stakeholder management, including influencing and problem solving
  • Can deliver strong Risk and Financial management and outcomes, in particular risks relating to technology controls, responsible AI and dependency management
  • Can uplift agile maturity and increase velocity through squad performance
  • Demonstrate a mindset that is collaborative, accountable and curious
  • Can resolve and remove blockers that impact prioritisation and outcomes
    
    
  Tech skills:
  
  We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. Demonstrated practical experience and knowledge in the following disciplines is preferred:
  • Hands-on experience using AWS cloud services
  • Effectively utilises generative AI tools to assist in coding tasks
  • Crafts basic prompts to generate code and understands how to evaluate and integrate AI-generated code with human-written code
  • Displays awareness of different AI engines and can choose the appropriate one for specific tasks, ensuring that the results align with business outcomes
  • Technology delivery in large scale/complex organisation, working effectively across multiple business and technology teams
  • Complex delivery planning, providing guidance and oversight to ensure that technical solutions are aligned to technology and business strategy
  • Define Crew technical roadmap and ensure alignment to reference architecture, enterprise data standards, application simplification and modernisation agendas.
  • Lead implementation of technology practices, tooling and training provided e.g. architecture (Service Domain blueprints), engineering governance and controls, and DevSecOps
  • Define technology metrics and track progress, leveraging data driven insights to guide continuous improvement opportunities with key decision makers
