We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our MAX&Co. Sydney CBD store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve sales performance goals to increase profitability
  • Hire, train, and evaluate store staff
  • Maintain the store's appearance and oversee operations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
