An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to work across two of our inspiring lifestyle brands, kikki.K and FINE-DAY. In this role, you'll support the delivery of innovative, digital-first marketing campaigns that drive engagement, build brand love, and contribute to commercial success.

The Role

  1. PR & Influencer Marketing - Manage influencer and media relationships, coordinate product gifting, execute sponsored collaborations, and generate UGC to enhance brand engagement.
  2. Campaign & Content Creation - Support marketing campaigns, assist with photography and video production, write engaging content for eDMs, web, and in-store signage.
  3. Retail Marketing - Work with Centre Marketing teams on promotional opportunities, build key relationships, and plan in-store events.
  4. Social Media Management - Design and implement social media content strategies for kikki.K and FINE-DAY, schedule and post engaging content, monitor interactions, and respond to community feedback to maintain brand voice and engagement.
  5. Marketing Admin - Maintain marketing calendars, track promotional activity, coordinate product samples, process invoices, and manage budgets.
  6. On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. 1-2 years of marketing experience in PR, influencer marketing, content creation, or campaign coordination
  3. Experience working with social media, digital marketing, and influencer partnerships
  4. Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  6. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media scheduling platforms (preferred)
  7. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
