Now, as our business continues to grow at pace, we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager who's ready to make their mark and grow with us.

The Opportunity

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing 360 recruitment across a variety of blue-collar roles
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Taking full ownership of your pipeline – sourcing, converting, placing
  • Keeping everything sharp in our CRM
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver top-notch results and service

What You Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in blue-collar recruitment (labour hire experience highly regarded)
  • A confident communicator with a natural ability to build trust and rapport
  • Organised, responsive, and strong on follow-up and admin
  • Resilient and results-driven, with a proactive mindset
  • Bonus if you have a working knowledge of awards, EBAs, and workforce compliance
