In this Analyst role, you will:

  • Work within the Climate Innovation and Partnerships team focused on defining and developing innovative solutions to deliver value for our customers and business stakeholders.
  • Work across a broad range of stakeholders, including external partners, internal business sponsors and working groups to understand regulatory, operational and technical considerations relevant to the product.
  • Ensure the functional aspects of a given feature or service are well understood and have taken into consideration any consequences for the business.
  • Use research and data analysis to assist in the design, prioritisation and delivery of product iterations, enhancements and fixes.
  • Complete customer analysis and evolving customer understanding through the systemic use of customer metrics.

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a relevant business analysis, strategy, product development, project or technology delivery environment.
  • Experience eliciting business requirements based on business and customer needs from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Experience working on partnerships, innovation and climate related projects would be highly preferred or a strong interest in the area.
  • Passion for driving real climate progress through delivering solutions that achieve strong commercial outcomes.
