  • Manage the timely completion of quality inspections for fresh produce and chilled deliveries from our suppliers.

This is a casual position, working 20-40 hours per week, with a requirement to be able to work across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays, and flexible start times (based on business needs).

A majority of our Quality Inspector positions require early starts from 4AM.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Record and communicate inspection outcomes to the Coles Quality and Commercial teams.
  • Ensure the highest quality products are dispatched from our DC to our stores.
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with their team.
  • Excellent priority, time management, and communication skills to complete tasks on time and to a high standard.
  • A proactive approach, able to work quickly and identify challenges and risks.
  • Experience with or ability to learn quickly how to use a range of tools/equipment or systems for quality testing.
Why Work with Us?

We offer flexible work, additional leave, and parental leave entitlements.

We're continuing to build a gender equitable team, and a culture that is just as diverse, inclusive, and welcoming as the communities we serve.

We're committed to creating a workplace that is safe and respectful for our team.
