We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage All-rounder ( Barista / Bartender / Events ) to join our Sydney team.

As a Food & Beverage All-rounder ( Barista / Bartender / Events ), you'll be instrumental in fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our members in the Club Lounge. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will enable you to provide exceptional customer service.

This role requires keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, premium setting.

Key responsibilities :

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, Barista experience is highly regarded

Assist with event catering, set up and pack down of meetings rooms including all day catering and client events

Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and addressing client inquiries

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including equipment and utensils

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

General cleaning, hospitality and food and beverage duties

Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility

The successful candidate must have :

Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a premium establishment

Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service

Passion to learn and grow your career within a growing hospitality group

Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow instructions

Exceptional presentation and grooming

Sound beverage knowledge

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (RSA)

Location and Operating Hours : Work Club Barangaroo - 201 Kent St, Sydney

Monday - Thursday, 8am to 3pm and Friday, 8am to 1pm (operating hours may change due to events or members requirements)

Casual shifts varies from 30hrs - 38hrs per week

Closed on weekends and Public Holidays

Dress code : Very well presented, non-corporate clothing

Reporting to : Club Manager

Start Date : Immediate start with Hourly Rate of $32 per hour

Please note : We require a minimum of 3 (three) hours for the trial shift, which is a paid opportunity.
