Job Description

Sales Consultant

This is ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions, a joint venture between Worldline and ANZ Banking Group. We focus on delivering payment solutions and supporting our customers and partners with exceptional service.

We are looking for a Sales specialist to engage with customers and partners, provide exceptional service and support, receive orders, explore additional requirements, and help customers with implementing payment solutions. This is a call centre based environment requiring timely and accurate replies to emails, inbound/outbound calls from new and existing customers, cross-selling and up-selling products, and outbound follow-ups to maximize product fit and decisions. You will work closely with all SMB departments while consistently achieving and exceeding monthly personal KPI and sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Assist existing and new Worldline customers and partners with sales inquiries via inbound/outbound calls to sell Worldline products and services.
  • Convert sales opportunities into profitable new business signings to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage the new business sign-up process, tracking merchant applications and ensuring timely, accurate processing.
  • Understand merchant business needs by assessing transaction volumes and turnover.
  • Recommend appropriate merchant solutions and provide pricing that maximises profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Proactively anticipate requirements by understanding merchants' current and future business needs.
  • Seek out and take advantage of new business opportunities.
  • Deliver high quality customer interactions and demonstrate service standards in all communications.
  • Manage time effectively and adhere to rosters; maintain quality service levels.
  • Achieve set conversion rate targets and maintain knowledge of products and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to help the team succeed and share ideas; support and assist other team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and sales processes.
