About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop AI-powered features, define and design solutions, enhance data quality, and work on our AI tools and platforms. You will apply data science methods to product design, experimentation, and performance monitoring to create value for our customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers and data scientists to develop and deploy AI features.
  2. Address real-world challenges ethically and human-centred.
  3. Build robust data pipelines, LLM enrichment processes, and RAG systems.
  4. Engage with cross-functional teams and share expertise.
  5. Stay current with research and industry offerings to apply relevant innovations.
Qualifications
  1. Experience designing LLM-based conversational systems within software products.
  2. Proficiency with SQL (Redshift, Postgres) and data processing tools like DBT and Dask.
  3. Skills in Python data science libraries (LangChain, pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.).
  4. Understanding of statistical and machine learning models, experimental design, and validation.
  5. Experience with data visualization tools (Plotly, Seaborn, Streamlit) is a plus.
  6. Knowledge of data modeling and tools like Metaflow or Airflow is desirable.
  7. Familiarity with software practices such as version control and CI/CD.
  8. Industry or academic experience in Generative AI product development.
