Two Pathways to Suit You

Training Pathway – For new graduates and career shifters:

  • Guided onboarding and BASIC System training
  • Weekly supervision, reflective coaching, and peer support
  • Step from provisional to practitioner within 6 months
  • Start at $87K → grow to $95K–$105K (+ Super)

Bridging Pathway – For experienced BSPs:

  • Bonus eligibility from day one
  • Flexibility to shape your calendar and caseload
  • Pathways into coaching, leadership, or specialisation
  • Start at $95K + bonuses up to $105K (+ Super)
What You'll Do
  • Co-create person-centred Behaviour Support Plans through functional assessment
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with participants, families, and providers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet behavioural needs in practical, ethical ways
  • Deliver services aligned with NDIS Commission, Disability Services, and Child Safety Standards

Who We're Looking For

  • Qualified in Psychology, OT, Social Work, Education, or Disability (or related)
  • Registered or on the pathway to register with the NDIS Commission
