Your Opportunity:

As a qualified Physiotherapist working in Residential Aged Care, you will join a large and collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalised treatments.

You will be involved in an innovative approach to allied health services through our award-winning (2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence) Plena Care Pathway. This program allows therapists to tailor therapy plans based on resident goals and priorities, delivering evidence-based mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one therapy interventions, and group-based active aging services.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support residents' activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, fall prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
  2. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and aged care facilities, working within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.

Requirements to join our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Australian work rights
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and a National Police Check
