About The Position

  • Represent Australia's leading, design-driven appliance brands that set the standard in style and innovation.
  • Build authentic, lasting relationships with customers, interior designers, and industry professionals.
  • Offer thoughtful, consultative service in a beautifully curated showroom environment.
  • Deepen your expertise through hands-on product training and brand immersion.
  • Help shape memorable in-store experiences through events, live demos, and VIP engagements.
  • Be part of a collaborative team that celebrates shared wins and consistently delivers results.

Qualifications:
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends (you'll love the vibe in-store on a busy Saturday).
  • Previous experience in premium retail, customer service or consultative sales.
  • Passion for design, innovation and home living.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in learning and advising on technical product features.
  • A professional, warm, and service-first approach.
