Job Description

Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel are currently looking for a Cook to join our team on a full-time basis.

Duties Include:

  • Preparing ingredients to use in cooking
  • Cook delicious meals
  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Keep the kitchen organized and clean

Hourly rates (excluding super):
  • Monday - Friday: $26.70 per hour
  • Saturday: $33.38 per hour
  • Sunday: $40.05 per hour

Qualifications

To be successful you will have:
  • Proven experience as cook
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking
  • Availability to work across a variety of shifts - including breakfast and dinner shifts
