About the Role

Ready to leverage your offensive security expertise in a more strategic direction?

This is your opportunity to step away from day-to-day testing and into a role where you'll shape security programs at the highest level. We're seeking an Offensive Security Specialist who can translate their hands-on experience into valuable business solutions through pre-sales consulting.

This role is perfect for penetration testers ready to:

• Move beyond tactical execution to strategic advisory

• Influence security decisions at an enterprise level

• Develop business acumen while maintaining technical credibility

• Guide organisations through their security journey

• Build and maintain executive relationships

Instead of running tests, you'll be:

• Architecting security solutions that solve real business challenges

• Leading strategic security workshops with C-level stakeholders

• Mentoring clients on offensive security best practices

• Collaborating with sales teams to craft winning proposals

• Sharing your expertise through compelling presentations and demonstrations

Your Background

• 3+ years' hands-on offensive security experience (we value your technical foundation, but you won't be executing tests)

• Industry certifications (OSCP, CRTO, CRTL) or equivalent practical experience

• Experience across web, mobile, infrastructure, cloud, and social engineering testing

• A natural ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

You're ready to:

• Trade your testing tools for boardroom presentations

• Transform technical knowledge into business value

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships

• Guide organisations through their security transformation

• Become a trusted security advisor
