Overview

Bright Star Kids is hiring casual production team members for our e‑commerce stores during peak sales from October through January. The role is suitable for school or university holiday schedules. Applicants must have Australian work rights.

What does this role involve?

You will assist in producing and dispatching our top‑quality personalised products that are made to order, including sorting, packing and dispatching all orders. You should be able to work quickly and accurately with a good eye for detail. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and also manage your own workload to ensure the daily production schedule is followed. Follow directions and work to our strict system guidelines to deliver consistent results. Being able to think on your feet and problem solve is highly desirable.

You must be available to work at least 3 days per week during January and do 8 hour shifts during busy periods. If you are in school and cannot work until holidays start, we can work around your schedule.

Candidates must be at least 14 years of age to be considered for this role.

Who We Are

Bright Star Kids is a family‑owned business that started in 2005. We specialise in producing name labels, school supplies and personalised products for families. We also have 2 other brands, Bright Star Buddies & Bright Star Prints, which operate in our warehouse.
