
Service Desk Analyst

The Service Desk Analyst role at MAX is a temporary full-time opportunity (12 months). Based in Eight Mile Plains, this Level 2 Helpdesk Support position sits within the AKG (Angus Knight Group) IT Division.
The opportunity- Be the first point of escalation, ensuring quality information is delivered to internal teams and providing advanced troubleshooting and advice
- Handle tickets and work through to ensure high levels of customer service, with average handling times met
- Demonstrate ownership to instil confidence in customers
- Provide detailed information and work towards solutions regarding incidents and service requests
- Ability to question, analyse and provide solutions
- Solid technical background with the ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment
- Relevant experience in a Service Desk environment
- Due to contract requirements, applicants will need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
