This is a unique role designed to work in partnership with our Broker Relationship Managers, Credit and Funding teams. Managing, Educating and engaging with a Portfolio of Mortgage and Finance Brokers to deliver an exceptional experience for Latitudes Brokers and end customers.

Using your strong relationship building skills you will activate & engage with an individual Broker Portfolio by building awareness of the Latitude products and services & providing support through the entire life cycle from onboarding & training through to quote and loan application process, scenario assistance, and credit policy.

You will also be involved with the Accreditation and training and on-boarding of new brokers to Latitude, compliance checks, and interact with aggregator accreditation.

You will be a key partner with both Internal & External stakeholders, exploring growth opportunities and seeking solutions to deliver great business outcomes and an exceptional service proposition.

Who we need

  • We are a small team, so it is "all hands-on deck." You should be flexible, be able to take direction and willing to pitch in to get the job done.
  • Finance industry and or Broker Experience is preferred a requirement however experience in the Broker Industry / Relationships would be an advantage, some key attributes we are looking for are:
  • Well-organized and disciplined to work autonomously.
  • Possess the ability to understand relative laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to lending.
  • Experience managing workflows and tasks that acquire multiple touch points.
  • Practice building customer and B2B relationships, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.
