Your new role as a Hospital Cook
Reporting initially to the Hospital Chef with overall supervision from Hospitality Management, you will showcase your skills as a Cook or Demi Chef and provide a high standard of food service, contributing to the hospital's overall customer satisfaction. You will be well-organised and have the ability to work autonomously.

Your casual role as Hospital Cook will have varied shifts, with initial work being rostered on Monday & Thursday periodically, with a view of further flexible availability.

You will have the following;

Sound knowledge of HACCP & NSW Food authority guidelines

Minimum 4 years kitchen food production experience

Demonstrated experience of success in food preparation & customer satisfaction

Sound leadership capabilities with proven experience working in a team environment and building respect amongst staff at all levels

Work to standard recipes with sound knowledge of specific diets & food allergies

Good communication and written skills

A high level of personal maturity and strength of character to successfully grow within a dynamic organisation.

Trade certificate commercial cookery cert 1V
