We require an enthusiastic Care Staff Employee to work FULL-TIME AFTERNOON SHIFT (2.15PM-10.15PM) 5 days per week, caring for our residents and making a positive contribution to their daily lives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and progressive organisation.

Our staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate to their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity. Skills & Experience

  • Able to work 5 shifts per week (2.15PM-10.15PM)
  • A Certificate IV in Ageing Support with medication unit
  • Must have full working rights - UNRESTRICTED HOURS
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Aged Care
  • Previous experience and an understanding of Dementia Support
  • Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement
  • Able to work without direct supervision
  • Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic
  • Hold a current Police Check
