  The Role
  
  We are seeking experienced Scaffold Yard Personnel to support work with our new client South 32 at the Worsley Alumina Refinery in Collie.
  
  This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing team working in a Drive-In/Drive-Out (DIDO) capacity or residential capacity. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting scaffold operations and ensuring the safe and efficient handling of materials in the yard.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload scaffolding materials from trucks and containers
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain scaffold components to ensure safety and usability
  • Organise and store scaffold materials in designated areas
  • Operate forklifts and other yard equipment (if licensed)
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the yard
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Prepare scaffold kits for delivery to job sites
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies
  • Report damaged or missing equipment to supervisors
  • Support scaffolders and other team members as required
    
    
  About You
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Construction White Card
  • Basic Scaffolder High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
  • Basic Scaffolding Verification of Competency (desirable)
  • Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • Working at Heights Certificate (valid)
  • Enter and Work in Confined Space Certificate (valid)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to safety
  • Willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and methods to expand your skillset
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to high-performance
