Are you passionate about sleep health and looking to make a real impact in a supportive clinical setting? We're looking for a dedicated and qualified Sleep Scientist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team on a permanent part-time basis.

In this rewarding role, you will play a key part in the investigation and management of sleep disorders, while also contributing to the smooth, day-to-day operation of our sleep service. • Take part in a roster with other caregivers to provide a comprehensive service including:
  • Conducting trials of positive airway pressure testing therapy
    
  • Maintaining recall list for patient therapy review
    
  • Equipment and patient set ups for sleep monitoring
    
  • Equipment removal and cleaning
    
  • Data Entry
    
  
  
  

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; liaise effectively with colleagues and other health professionals, ensuring clear and respectful communication across all levels of care.
  
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to produce clear documentation and contribute to effective team communication.
  
• High level of computer literacy, including the ability to navigate clinical software and digital systems with confidence.
  
• Comfort with high-level telephone communication and the ability to clearly instruct and support patients over the phone.
  
• A health-related qualification is desirable, along with professionalism and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Salary: $74,627 to $78,011 pro rata, plus 12% superannuation
  
• Permanent part-time position, working 46 or 61 hours per fortnight
