YOUR ROLE- Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm shift
- Base rate of $36.91/hour + 13.75% superannuation
- Position offered under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National EA, details available at fwc.gov.au.
We are seeking a driven and focused Team Leader to support operations at our Finished Vehicle Logistics branch in Minto NSW.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Specifically, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Adapt quickly to changing workloads and priorities
Our ideal candidate seeks to gain broader experience within transport operations while providing valuable administrative support in a dynamic setting. You should also have:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working with systems and databases
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of scanners and basic computer systems
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (this is not a warehouse role)
Applicants must provide proof of work rights and professional referees. Progressed candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and police check.
