Elderly Care is seeking experienced Personal Care Worker to join our dedicated team. This permanent part-time role will see you providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
  2. Monitoring and recording residents' health, dietary and personal care needs.
  3. Engaging residents in social, recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance their wellbeing.
  4. Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
  5. Communicating effectively with residents, their families and the broader care team.
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards.

What we're looking for

  1. A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  2. Demonstrated experience in providing person-centred care to elderly residents
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships
  4. A caring, compassionate and empathetic nature
  5. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  6. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
