Role model, coach, mentor, and critically reflect with our educators to deliver curricula and environments that enrich the child's holistic development.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
  • Two-storey, 84-place service catering for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 4 outdoor play areas
  • Strong management team to support and guide your career growth
  • Tram stops within a 5-minute walk for easy commute
  • Utilise the Story Park platform to communicate with families about their child's development and foster active participation
  • Opening hours: 6:30am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday

ABOUT YOU:
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential)
  • Experience as a Lead Educator or Educational Leader in childcare
  • Willing to support and guide the team
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Availability to open and close as required
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
  • Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and educators
