About the Role

City Wide Building and Training Services is looking for passionate, qualified and experienced Workplace Apprenticeship Educators with expertise in Carpentry to deliver the CERT III Carpentry (CPC30220) to our students on a contractor basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and Assessment of the CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry
  • Reviewing, Validating, Moderating and Improving of training resources and assessment materials for the course
  • Consulting with key clients on their current and future workforce training needs
  • Grading student materials in a timely and accurate manner

About You

  • 5 or more years experience working in the Carpentry Industry
  • CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualifications
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Australian Business Number (ABN) that is up to date and active
  • Demonstrated ability in high level communication, negotiation and consultation skills
  • Experience in providing high level advice/guidance on a range of complex matters
  • Strong relationship building and collaborative skills
