Your opportunityTo participate in Physiotherapy Department rotations to competently deliver physiotherapy services to the client groups of MHHS as determined through the Health District Service Plan and priorities.
About the TeamOur Physiotherapy Service delivers care to patients, both adults and children, throughout hospital departments as well as in outpatient, community and rural settings. Treatments are tailored to each individual and are based on the patient's needs with the aim of restoring function, maximizing mobility and improving health.
About Our Hospital And Health ServiceMackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multipurpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000 km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
