About the Role

We are seeking an MC Local Driver to handle the safe and efficient pickup and delivery of general freight within Sydney. This full-time role is based at our Orchard Hills depot and offers stable employment, career development, and an opportunity to work with a modern fleet of trucks.

What You'll Do as a Driver:
  • Operate an MC-class truck to transport freight between depots and customer locations in the local area.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to manage deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, work hours, and deliveries.
  • Adhere to road transport regulations and company policies.
What We're Looking for in a Driver:
  • A valid MC-class driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • Experience with multi-drop pickups and deliveries.
  • Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and safe driving practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Respect for Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.
  • Forklift licence or experience loading/unloading cargo (preferred).
  • Dangerous Goods Licence (advantageous but not essential).
