Senior Product Designer

Overview

You'll take the lead on end-to-end products across multiple channels to improve how customers discover and book their dream holidays. You'll own the entire design process—from concept to delivery—bringing your creative vision to life. Your responsibilities will include simplifying complex problems into holistic solutions that consider both customer and business needs, planning and managing multiple streams of work, conducting user research and testing, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

What you'll do as part of the role

• Seek to understand user needs and business goals and translate them into user-friendly solutions.
• Generate wireframes, visual mock-ups, and prototypes that will be tested, validated, and iterated upon.
• Effectively and clearly communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders with the ability to take on feedback and build from it.
• Validate and enhance your designs iteratively by conducting customer testing.

• Simplify complex problems into holistic solutions considering user and business needs.
• Plan and manage multiple streams of work; conduct user research and testing; foster strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• You bring extensive experience in user-centered product design, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end design processes for complex digital products.
• You're an expert in Figma, with deep knowledge of prototyping and design systems.
• You excel at working both independently and with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
• You have a deep understanding of responsive design and an eye for detail when providing detailed handovers to the engineering team.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling priorities to deliver on tight timelines.
