About the Role

Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Auditor within our Audit team, starting January 2026

You will be part of a team of experienced audit specialists and technical experts, working both in-office and in the field. You will visit client sites across various industries, including non-profit, tourism, retail, hospitality, real estate, construction, transport & logistics, and government.

Each audit provides a valuable learning opportunity to understand business operations, assess financial statements, prepare working papers, identify risks, and suggest improvements. Using BDO's international audit methodology, you will build client relationships as a trusted advisor.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• In your final year or have recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
• Eligible for postgraduate study (CA / CPA, CFA)
• Available to start in January 2026
