Ideal CandidateThe practice is looking for a new or recent graduate Exercise Physiologist who is excited to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Someone who thrives in a supportive team environment and is eager to develop their skills across a wide range of practice areas.
How you will be supported- Weekly clinical supervision with an experienced exercise physiology supervisor
- Fortnightly multidisciplinary clinical roundtables to collaborate and learn from across professions
- Highly experienced senior clinical team from multiple disciplines, all under one roof
- $2,000 annual CPD allowance for new and recent graduates
- Non-clinical mentoring to support your career development and progression
- Clear pathways to explore clinical passions and become a subject matter expert
- Admin support that lets you focus on learning and client care
- Opportunities for postgraduate support (e.g. Masters or specialty courses)
- Provide exercise physiology assessment and intervention across a diverse caseload
- Work closely with and learn from other allied health disciplines to deliver integrated, person-centred care
- Contribute to innovative programs, including interdisciplinary pain rehabilitation
- Deliver services in a modern clinic, with opportunities for community and outreach care
