About The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Bendigo Outlet.

This is a part-time role at 27 hours/week.

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets
  • Drive a high-performing team committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Display strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop your team to achieve goals
  • Maintain store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering
  • Analyze reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business
