What You'll Be Doing:


• Delivering outstanding customer service through genuine relationship building


• Working collaboratively as part of a high-performance team


• Motivating and supporting fellow team members


• Representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism


• Meeting sales and performance targets

What We're Looking For:


• Prior experience in customer service or retail sales


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Confidence in meeting sales and KPI targets


• Effective literacy and numeracy skills


• A positive, coachable attitude – open to feedback and growth


• Passion for fine jewellery or high-quality products (experience in jewellery is a plus, but not essential)
