Responsibilities
  • Focus on property, strata, commercial, and construction litigation.
  • Occasionally work in other areas of law as required by the firm.
  • Handle a broad mix of matters, including commercial disputes (contractual, trust, partnership, and debt recovery), strata, property, building and construction, and local government prosecutions.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years' experience in litigation
  • Interest in working with clients in the property, construction, strata and commercial sectors
  • A keen interest in dealing with clients
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
