Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in recruitment and talent management? Join a high-performing team and learn from one of our most experienced Senior Business Directors. As a Junior Recruiter at Hays, you'll help identify top talent for executive roles by using smart search strategies, engaging with professionals, and building strong relationships. This is a full-time permanent role based in our Sydney CBD office.

  • Sourcing and connecting with professionals across various industries
  • Building relationships and trust with candidates
