About the Role

We're hiring 2 experienced Bookkeepers (full-time or part-time) to support our growing client base of small-to-medium businesses. You'll work from our Dee Why office (no WFH), manage your own set of clients, and contribute to improving how we work as a team.

What You'll Do:

• End-to-end bookkeeping (Xero + Dext)
• BAS & IAS prep and lodgement
• Payroll and employee management (Deputy highly regarded)
• Prepayments, accruals, balance sheet and journal work
• Debtor/creditor management & management reporting
• Direct client communication
• Collaborate with and support junior staff
• Report and receive direct support from the Managing Director

About You:

• 2+ years of Xero experience (required)
• Experience in a bookkeeping/accounting practice
• Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• Great communicator with a proactive mindset
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and team-oriented
