Perth, Western Australia The Akidamy Part time

We are seeking a part-time Italian language teacher who is dedicated and passionate about their role and enjoys working with children. This position is 20 – 25 hours per week, with school hours available.

The hourly rate will be between $29.00 and $29.50/hour plus super (rate dependent on experience and qualifications).

Selection Criteria:

  • Proficiency in the Italian Language
  • An ability to create engaging learning experiences for children through Italian language
  • Ability to work with children aged 3 months – 5 years
  • An open mindset that is positive and adaptable to change
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance prior to employment

Skills Needed:

  • Experience in teaching the Italian language; experience with the Reggio Emilia approach is a plus but not essential
  • Experience working as an Educator, Language Teacher, Education Assistant, or similar roles
