NTRO have completely re-imagined and re-designed the way we deploy our next generation Survey Equipment that assess the condition of our transportation networks across Australia, New Zealand, and now Asia Pacific. We are seeking a candidate to help communicate these advancements to our key clients and future customers by creating a suite of new marketing material for our Business Development team to hit the road with soon.

Bring your Microsoft Suite knowledge, coupled with Adobe, Photoshop, and keen eye for detail to an exciting new opportunity. Our Marketing & Comms team have a new role available to work alongside our experts and develop new collateral ready for client presentation and meetings where the new vehicles and technology will be showcased and explored.

This is a full-time fixed term contract position for 6-months. This role is to be based from the Port Melbourne NTRO office.

Main duties of the role

  • Work with our internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who designed and built the technology and develop technical specifications sheets with them.
  • Create flyers, brochures, slide decks for original and new fleet vehicles.
  • Work with team to develop new proposal templates and build in new technology to make the tendering process more efficient and streamlined.
  • Work collaboratively and liaise with multiple departments to successfully meet expectations and management of projects/tasks.
About you
  • Tertiary education in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in an in-house or agency role, working on diverse brands and outputs.
  • Be a Microsoft Office Specialist, understands further features and possibilities of Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Experience in both communication and design aspects of marketing and communicating to a targeted audience.
  • Have a strong background in Microsoft Word, including building out quick paths and other efficiencies, preferred but not essential.
