PUMA—the Forever Faster team—is looking for a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship Chadstone store in Melbourne, Victoria. What You'll Do:

At PUMA Chadstone, no two days are the same. This isn't just about managing a store—it's about leading a movement. You'll be at the forefront of delivering a world-class experience, driving results, and shaping a team that thrives on innovation and excellence.   1. Partner for Success – Collaborate with the Store Roster and Area Manager to drive the store's sales, operations, and team performance.
  2. Lead by Example – Spend 85% of your time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, coaching your team, and driving results.
  3. Inspire Growth – Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team that embodies PUMA's brand values.
  4. Deliver Excellence – Ensure each customer interaction aligns with PUMA's world-class service standards.
  5. Optimize Operations – Help manage inventory, loss prevention, and compliance to keep the store running smoothly and profitably.
  6. Champion the Brand – Support the execution of marketing initiatives and uphold PUMA's distinctive visual identity.
  7. Build for the Future – Foster a culture of continuous development, preparing your team for future growth within PUMA.
