Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain our Compactor machine on various civil construction sites around Brisbane.

· Adhere to strict safety and quality standards in line with industry and company guidelines.

· Execute tasks with high productivity and precision, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

· Team up closely with project managers, wider site teams, and other operational staff.

· Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.

· Follow all company policies regarding health, and environmental practices.

· Our jobs are spread throughout Brisbane and QLD, allowing constant work being available.

ASAP starts are also available.

To be considered you will have:

· Valid licence and certificates required for operating heavy machinery. i.e. VOC and SOA in Compactor.

· A valid Australian driver's license and a Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card).

· Experience operating a Compactor ideally 3+ years.

· The passion to work collaboratively in a team and be able to work independently.

· Commitment to work safely and efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
